First-time clients pay a deposit equal to half the service price by card when booking, processed securely by Square. The remaining balance is collected in person by Zelle, Apple Pay, or cash. Returning clients pay in full at their appointment.

Arrive about 10 minutes early, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Let your therapist know about any areas of concern — that’s what the intake form is for.

Absolutely. During booking you can select the therapist you would like to see, based on their specialties and availability.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your time to another guest. Deposits are refunded in full to your card when you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment; cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit. You can manage your appointments any time from your client portal.

Yes — our prenatal massage is specifically designed for expecting mothers and performed by a certified prenatal therapist. Please share any pregnancy details on your intake form.
